Can existing data be transferred from other programmes?

YES, we offer all customers the option of transferring their existing data in MS Access or MS Excel format. Even if you want to switch from other fire service programmes (such as Arigon, GSYS, AME-Fire, Feuerwehr-Direkt, etc.) to MP-FEUER, this is not a problem, as we also offer a customised conversion service for this.

There are various options for the initial transfer of master data to MP-FEUER.

1. MP-FEUER Excel templates

Our customers receive standardised MP-FEUER Excel tables for all master data areas from MPBOS Support, which they can fill in themselves with their own data (from their own tables or CSV files). As most third-party programmes also offer Excel export, data from other fire service programmes can also be prepared and transferred.


2. Customised adaptations

Customers must send us their data (database or tables) in advance so that we can check the approximate cost. The customer then receives a quotation from the sales department.


Please note that we process data with both methods and therefore, according to the GDPR, a contract for order processing must already be concluded at this time.
